At the Kansas FBLA State Leadership Conference, all chapters that submit a Local Chapter Annual Business Report (must be acceptable quality) will receive a Gold Seal Chapter ribbon for each one of their chapter members attending the State Leadership Conference, as well as the adviser.  Fifteen percent of the Kansas FBLA chapter membership will also receive Gold Seal Chapter recognition at the National Leadership Conference, but they will have had to have submitted a Local Chapter Annual Business Report at the Kansas FBLA State Conference.
